Returning Goods

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy – if you’re not satisfied by the Tangible quality, we’ll give you your money back.

Before returning your item however, we do ask that you contact us by telephone or email, if we have fallen short of your expectation, we’d like to hear why so we can improve.

You have fourteen days to notify us of your desire to return your goods, refunds will only be made once the goods are received by ourselves.

Goods must be in its original condition.

We ask that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Your refund will automatically be processed via the same method your payment was made, Please allow time for the credit to appear on your statement.
