Our email, and the acceptance of payment becomes a binding legal contract, it is therefore subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All pricing & descriptions are at the time of purchase at www.tangiblestationery.com.
All products are subject to availability.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
The product pricing appearing on our site is checked for accuracy. However, in the unlikely event that a product is incorrectly priced we are under no obligation to provide you the product at the incorrect price.
In such an event we will contact you to advise of the error and at our discretion, reach an agreement on the pricing.
PAYMENT
Payment for the goods & delivery charges can be made online with a credit/debit card or via PayPal.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept all returns, with the following conditions:
If you have ordered incorrectly or simply changed your mind, you will be liable for the postage costs for returning the item. The refund will only be sent once the goods are received by us. They must be in the same condition as when sent, viable for resale.
If your product is damaged then we can offer a replacement product, or a full refund.
We can not accept refunds on personalised items, unless we have made an error in the personalisation.
If you are not happy with your Tangible products when they arrive and would like to return, we’d appreciate your feedback before we issue a refund, we strive for improvement.
DATA PROTECTION
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
We will not share information about you with any 3rd party.
We will collect information such as: name, address, phone number and email address. As we use a secure payment portal, we do not collect your credit/debit card details.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The range names, logo’s, images and products are all the proprietary marks of The Tangible Stationery Co. Ltd, and/or may be the proprietary marks of third parties. They can’t be used without advance permission. We reserve the right to enforce these rights as required.

LIABILITY
Tangible Stationery Co. Ltd promises that any product purchased from us through our site is of a satisfactory quality and is reasonably fit for the purpose intended.
If we fall short on this promise we will do all we can to make amends and ensure our customers are happy.
However we accept no liability for indirect, consequential or special losses or punitive damages or any kind of economic losses.
Tangible Stationery Co. Ltd does not limit or exclude its liability as strictly prescribed by law for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter for which its liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.
LOCAL LAW
All standard details of risk and title, and limitation of liability apply. These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Scottish law and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
